Be Kind and Respectful
Treat every visitor and member of our community with warmth and respect. Remember that everyone is at a different level — encourage rather than criticise. Use polite, friendly language in all communications with us. Celebrate effort, not just results.
Keep It Safe
Never share your password or personal details (such as your address or bank information) with anyone. If you receive a suspicious email claiming to be from Senivly, contact us to verify it before clicking any links. Report any unusual activity to us at hello@senivly.com.
Use the Site Appropriately
Use Senivly games only for personal, non-commercial enjoyment. Do not attempt to copy, download, or redistribute the games. Do not try to manipulate scores or cheat leaderboard systems. One account per person — accounts are personal and non-transferable.
What Is Not Allowed
Uploading or sharing any harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content. Attempting to access accounts that do not belong to you. Using the contact form to send spam or irrelevant messages. Any activity that could harm other users or interfere with the enjoyment of the site.
Getting Help
If you are stuck on a game, check the "How to Play" instructions on the game page. If you have trouble with your account, use our Contact page and we will help you promptly. We aim to respond to all messages within 2 working days.
Enforcement
If we believe these guidelines are being violated, we may suspend or remove an account. We will always try to reach out first. Our goal is never to exclude anyone — we simply want to keep this a safe and enjoyable space for all seniors.
